Informatable LLC was founded by Chris Ielmoni, an IT consultant with more than 20 years of hands-on experience across the full technology stack — support, infrastructure, security, and custom software development. Based in Hopewell Junction, Chris started Informatable to give Hudson Valley businesses direct access to senior-level IT expertise, without routing every question through a call center or a junior technician learning on the job.

Most small and mid-size businesses in the region don’t have a dedicated IT department. They have a generalist stretched too thin, an outside vendor who takes days to call back, or nothing at all until something breaks. Informatable exists to close that gap: reliable, responsive, and technically deep support from someone who actually understands your systems.
